The hotel is located 10 minutes away
from the airport in the Barbasquillo Beach, Manta, Ecuador, South America;

the past there was a great amount of Barbascos Trees whose fruit was used
for fishing by the natives.
Tourist Center Hotel “Barbasquillo” started to be constructed in the year
1989, with a rural restaurant constructed with Guadua cane and other typical
materials of the zone, where its specialty was the Ecuadorian typical food
based on seafood. A year later started the construction of the hotel with a
familiar wood cabin with a capacity for 6 people, later they continued
constructing the rest of the infrastructure, which now counts on 33 rooms with
capacity for 120 people, which are equipped with private baths, showers with
hot and cold water, air conditioners, TVs with an international signal, wi-fi
signal, mini- bars, telephones, and a balcony with a view of the sea.
